REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if: you cancel within 3 days of the initial payment and before substantive work has begun; we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services; or there is a material breach of the project agreement on our part. Custom work that has already been completed and delivered is generally non-refundable.
2. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, contact us at info@fnstudios.app with your project details and reason for the request. We will review your request within 30 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days. Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work, calculated based on the proportion of work delivered.
3. CANCELLATION TERMS
Either party may cancel an ongoing project by providing 3 days written notice. Upon cancellation: you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date; any pre-paid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded in full; all completed deliverables up to the cancellation date will be transferred to you; and any work-in-progress materials remain the property of FN Studios unless otherwise agreed.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are generally non-refundable: consultation and discovery session fees; third-party costs incurred on your behalf (licenses, hosting, domains, stock assets); rush or expedited service fees; and completed milestone deliverables that have been approved by the client.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss a resolution. We are committed to fair and transparent handling of all disputes. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved first through good-faith mediation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of San Francisco, California.
