TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services provided by Future Nostalgia Studios ("FN Studios," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
FN Studios provides digital experience design and development services, including but not limited to web design, application development, branding, and related creative services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements between FN Studios and the client.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified: all fees are quoted in USD and are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. FN Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed. All pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the creation of deliverables remain the property of FN Studios.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FN Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 3 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
